This is this uploader's contact card, containing links to their website, email, phone, LinkedIn, Telegram, VK, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, GitLab, Reddit, Wikipedia, Pinterest, last.fm, and StackExchange. They added it to w:vCard, but I removed it as it appears promotional. Given that it's not used anywhere else, I don't see a particular reason to retain the file.
