This photograph is uploaded by usamuba and is available on flickr with cc0 license. But the metadata says it was created with adobe photoshop. This is a clear suspecion about the authority of the uploader. The original photographer may be different and this might be a clear copyright violation. There is always a provision for the uploader to take a new photograph and upload into commons with original metadata. So I recommend to delete this image from commons for saving the violation.
