 Delete, the file is on the venezuelatuya.com server, see your link and deeplink, from venezuelatuya.com the file is hotlinked to skyscrapercity in December 2009, thats 1 year before the upload to Commons. This means: The file was on venezuelatuya.com predates the Commons upload, the uploader lifted it from the web. --Martin H. (talk) 16:13, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
