The original file on Flickr is marked as CC BY-NC-ND 2.0, which isn't compatible with Commons. Furthermore, the "about box" mentioned in the licence info, [1] , states that "All content is Crown copyright and re-usable under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated". It seems that someone has concluded that the "otherwise stated" doesn't apply here because it's not posisble to post images to Flickr under an OGL at all and hence this doesn't count as "otherwise stated". For me that seems rather tenuous, but happy to hear other views. Amakuru (talk) 16:40, 5 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
