This file was initially tagged by Kürschner as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: «Maybe not an own work; Photo published in "Timor - a ilha feiticeira"». Per COM:AGF, lets discuss this properly in a DR — it’s very likely that the account is the actual author. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 23:55, 29 September 2019 (UTC)

- Isn’t Timor — a ilha feiticeira a hardcopy photo exhibition? Was it published online anywhere/anyhow else than small size copies in Facebook? How would then would a malicious third party have access to (apparent) originals with intact exif metadata? -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 00:19, 30 September 2019 (UTC)
- Same opinion like Tuválkin. A simple look to the user page of the uploader has the answer. Jorge Santos is the author of Timor — a ilha feiticeira. It is ridiculous to make deleteion request of every picture, uploaders are using elsewhere, too. --JPF (talk) 05:41, 30 September 2019 (UTC)
- This photo is mine and I shared it on Wikipedia in 2016, responding positively to an invitation I received directly from a friend.
- So, I don't understand the problem discovered by the author of the decision of putting it in doubt.
- I will really start to view this platform with another perpspective if it is true that we are offering freely our work to commercial use, as someone told me yesterday.
- If Wikiedia/Wikimedia community think my contribution is not worthy enough, please be free to delete it all and I will not return again to share anything else more

- @Santosjmr: : Don't take it personal. There are many people on Commons, who have very strange ideas about copyright violations. Please do not see it as personal attac. --JPF (talk) 07:43, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- Well, copyright laws are strange. Commons tries to make it simple for both reusers and creators to circumvent most of the silliness but it’s really not for everybody. More later. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 11:13, 1 October 2019 (UTC)

- Warning Tuvalkin Hi, something problem of the articles in de.wikipedia One-Dollar-Beach was reverted by J. Patrick Fischer. See 1 and 2 Jkg1997 (talk) 07:56, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- Sorry, Jkg1997: What is the problem about the article? The image is not deleted until now, so it could be still used in Wikipedia. --JPF (talk) 08:04, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- Better discuss it in its talk page. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 11:13, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- Another user accounts between Santosjmr and Sammyday because of File:ManCleaningAnimalSkin.jpg was reverted by Sammyday again. See Revision history of Tannerie. Jkg1997 (talk) 16:54, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
- Woha. Nope, i'm not Santosjmr, he's not me... and I think it have to be confirmed by a check-user request, not only supposition. (and a watermark is not a copyvio, especially when the author of the picture and the user seems to be the same person - as User:Santosjmr says). Sammyday (talk) 09:39, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- @Jkg1997: Stop disrupting Commons’ DR with irrelevant/uncontextualized complaints that belong instead in other projects’ article talk pages on in COM:AN/U. And please do not mislead fellow editors about your supposed language skills in your user page — your command of English, judging from this discussion alone, is barely perceptible, not «near native level». -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 18:39, 2 October 2019 (UTC)
- Warning@Tuvalkin: Nonsense, my userpage has been deleted per Inappropriate use of Userpage blatant false information. Do not upload copyvios on Commons it will be blocked from editing. Jkg1997 (talk) 16:24, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
