This file was initially tagged by Kürschner as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: «Maybe not an own work; Photo published in "Timor - a ilha feiticeira"». Per COM:AGF, lets discuss this properly in a DR — it’s very likely that the account is the actual author. -- Tuválkin 23:55, 29 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Same opinion like Tuválkin. A simple look to the user page of the uploader has the answer. Jorge Santos is the author of Timor — a ilha feiticeira. It is ridiculous to make deleteion request of every picture, uploaders are using elsewhere, too. --JPF (talk) 05:41, 30 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • This photo is mine and I shared it on Wikipedia in 2016, responding positively to an invitation I received directly from a friend.
So, I don't understand the problem discovered by the author of the decision of putting it in doubt.
I will really start to view this platform with another perpspective if it is true that we are offering freely our work to commercial use, as someone told me yesterday.
If Wikiedia/Wikimedia community think my contribution is not worthy enough, please be free to delete it all and I will not return again to share anything else more

@Santosjmr: : Don't take it personal. There are many people on Commons, who have very strange ideas about copyright violations. Please do not see it as personal attac. --JPF (talk) 07:43, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Well, copyright laws are strange. Commons tries to make it simple for both reusers and creators to circumvent most of the silliness but it’s really not for everybody. More later. -- Tuválkin 11:13, 1 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
