According to the U.S.Treasury website, this painting was done by Everett Raymond Kinstler. jeffo_82

Note that that source page also says "Office of the Curator All rights reserved. 2001". Are images from the Office of the Curator definitely released into the public domain? Seems this was commissioned by the Office... J Milburn (talk) 17:25, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
