Unfortunately, this image by an author who died in 1974 is undated. If it were published in 1966 or later, its copyright would have been restored by the URAA, and if it was published in 1973 it would not even be in teh public domain in Afghanistan itself. Unfortunately, it seems that that site itself got the file and the information from Commons, so that doesn't really help us. Felix QW (talk) 16:21, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
