This is a copyvio as it stands, because it is licensed only as CC-SA-1.0, while the image it is based on is under GFDL-1.2+ and CC-BY-SA-3.0. If it is relicensed it can be kept. darkweasel94 17:53, 30 November 2013 (UTC)

- No, it was added through the licensing update, because the original file was eligible under GFDL 1.3. Today however it would suffice to relicense this under CC-BY-SA-3.0. darkweasel94 19:35, 30 November 2013 (UTC)

Wenn ein inaktiver Benutzer der Inhaber der Urheberrechte ist, dann ja, dann kann das nur ein inaktiver Benutzer machen; die Änderungen an diesem Bild erreichen meines Erachtens sicher eine Schöpfungshöhe. Ansonsten müssen wir warten, bis der inaktive Benutzer 70 Jahre tot ist - und das kann wohl noch einige Zeit dauern. darkweasel94 18:51, 1 December 2013 (UTC)

Kept: I don't see a problem here. A DW need only carry the license of the base work that was in effect at the time the DW is created. If, for example, the base work had been changed to CC-BY-NC 3.0 that would not require a change in license of the DW. . Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 23:09, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
