File possibly created in unfree game creation platforms (possibly Roblox?). Unfree means the content cannot be exploited commercially without the game developers' licensing (not suitable for COM:Licensing). JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 07:43, 25 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is my image, I screenshoted by me on computer, and this is my own work. Please note the image belongs to me and the Roblox username (cannot reveal) and note that the photo is mine, and I screenshoted by me. I suppose you mean there is no copyright claim to the platform you used to generate it, and walang pakialam ang mga Pinoy sa karapatang-sipi ng kompanya ng Roblox? I-aply natin ang limang puntos ng polisiyang yan sa image file mo:
  1. Di malalaman ng mayhawak ng copyright ng Roblox na nakahost dito ang file mo na nilapatan ng commercial Creative Commons license;
  2. Di maiisip ng kompanya ng Roblox na kakasuhan ang mga gagamit ng file mo;
  3. Dapat maging malugod ang kompanya ng Roblox na shinare mo ang gawa mo na ginawa sa kanilang platform;
  4. Walang nakakaalam kung kailan mapapansin ni Roblox ang file mo; at;
  5. Kahit mga kapuwa nating Pinoy shineshare ang mga gawa nila gamit ang Roblox platform sa social media o sa Internet at di pa umaangal ang kompanya ng Roblox sa ginagawa nila.
Alinsunod sa Commons:Licensing#Scope of licensing, kokonsiderahin din ng mga uploader ang iba pang mga aspekto ng copyright o karapatang-sipi na makikita sa mga imahen na ia-upload nila, gaya ng copyrighted artworks o software. Copyrighted ang software ng Roblox at hindi nakasailalim sa free license gaya ng mga commercial Creative Commons license na pinahihintulot dito.
