  • was published before 1924
  • was created more than 100 years ago.

Why do you think that this would have been published before 1924? No information about publication was provided at all. And in for copyright duration that date of death of the author is leading, the date of death of the depicted person is irrelevant. Jcb (talk) 22:10, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Of course not. I didn't wrote, that the dead of the depicted person belongs to the copyright. Although I think it is very clear written, why I mentioned this date.

You transferred a file here and added two licenses, both without proper justification. You could not show that this was published (not taken) before 1924 or that the author would have died before 1919, which is not that likely, because this picture probably dates from 1917 or close before. "Gesunder Menschenverstand" (in English: commons sense) would lead to deletion of this file, because we don't know its copyright situation.
