I am Pavel Solodovnikov. This picture appeared here without my knowledge and I gave no consent to it. Aleksander Kargaltsev has personaly removed this picture from his Flickr after my request, but it was copied here by a bot. PavelSolodovnikov (talk) 07:04, 5 January 2018 (UTC)

{{Vk}} The image wasn't taken by Pavel Solodovnikov, It was taken and irrecoverably released under CC-BY-SA 2.0 by its author Sasha Kargaltsev, it can be assumed that Sasha obtained the correct permissions from Pavel when taking the image. I can't see how the request for removal by Pavel in any way affects the valid import from Flickr, even if Aleksander Kargaltsev removed the image from Flickr as a courtesy that does not mean we must remove it. - Delete per courtesy. Image is unused outside userspace and its deletion from Flickr may mean that the author published it by mistake or without subject consent. See also ticket:2018010510002766. Ankry (talk) 11:38, 6 January 2018 (UTC)
- Could you explain what the content of the ticket is please and if it adds any more facts than the claim of this DR?
- Kargaltsev's works are part of his gallery exhibitions, and these photographs have been hosted on Commons for nearly 5 years. A surf through Category:Photographs by Sasha Kargaltsev will highlight several other portraits of the same model, in fact most of Kargaltsev's work is portraiture. The photograph is neither intrusive or a personal shot, but a studio taken portrait under professional lighting using a professional level Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Courtesy deletions are rarely granted for long released works unless the original license is credibly contested as incorrect, or factors such as harassment are being claimed. "Per courtesy" is not a deletion reason in these circumstances. --Fæ (talk) 11:52, 6 January 2018 (UTC)
