Paul Newman, the Cricketer, was very upset by this photo and asked that it be removed from the article on him in the English Wikipedia. I can see why he would be upset, and think that it would be best if it were deleted from Commons. - Delete whether or not this is in a private or a public place, it is clearly an unflattering picture of Mr Newman, to say the least, and violates the principle "Images must not unfairly ridicule or demean the subject" from Commons:Photographs of identifiable people by picturing him, apparently asleep, next to a table on which various alcoholic drinks have been placed.
