I am not sure I fully understand what you are saying, but don't understand under which license the Northern Cypriot government would have released it to the public… Maybe the same goes for the other passports; that's to be checked… L.tak (talk) 17:55, 14 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The passport design is based on the coat of arms of Northern Cyprus, actually available via File:New-TRNC-coa.GIF (and a .svg-derivate). The rest is simple text/{{PD-shape}}. Regarding the coat of arms (apparently created in 1983), it was deleted via Commons:Deletion requests/Archive/2006/06#Image:Trnc-arms-color.svg and Image:Trnc-arms.svg and Commons:Deletion_requests/Archive/2006/05#Image:Trnc-arms.JPG. The question here is (considering also Category:Peace Doves): Is the peace dove based coat of arm of Northern Cyprus {{PD-ineligible}}, not reaching COM:TO?
