XIXe siècle = 19th century. No author given. No reason to believe he is already more than 70 years dead.
example: 19th centrury could be 1885. author's age 20. Died at 80 years: 1945. That would be only 65 years ago. Saibo (Δ) 18:16, 4 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. We generally accept images older than about 100 years with unknown author, since it is a) unlikely they still lived 70 years ago and b) it is unlikely someone else knows the author, so {{PD-anon-70}} or similar most likely applies. --PaterMcFly (talk) 11:25, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Your proposed template is in an ongoing deletion debate and the image is currently not tagged with it - I wasn't aware of this template as well. I thought the relaxed pd-old view is not valid here on commons. I made a pretty realistic example how this image could not be PD yet. Sure, unlikely but that is not sufficient: it is also unlikely that someone sues you if you reuse an image you've found in the internet. Cheers --Saibo (Δ) 15:05, 5 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted. Without comment on the debate above, I see no reason to keep an image that shows heavy moire when we have many images of the Cathedral, including this view.      Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 14:10, 11 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
