Here we go again…
  • Personal image? Sure, it was taken by a person, unlike these few. Not a reason to delete it, though.
  • No notability? Sure, we have no idea who these people are (maybe friends of real-life Fastily, hope they are all having great fun, by the way). That’s a reason to remove this photo from Celebrity Gossip Photo Hub, not to remove this photo from Wikimedia Commons.
  • No use? Yep, no use in any Wikimedia project (until now), but, again, that’s not a valid reason for deletion.
