- As people have pointed out in online forums, the difference in this iteration is the presence of the clear, oddly out-of-place, tilted, ovate-rectangle toward the left side of the mountain. Once you see it, it is hard to un-see. --RAN (talk) 00:45, 2 December 2022 (UTC)

- Delete. A mountain has been part of the Paramount logo since the 1920s, but it looks VERY different now. Certainly different enough that I would consider it a new creative work with new copyright. If someone can show me an image of the mountain from the public domain that looks very similar to this one, I would reconsider, but I just cannot find one. Deleted: per nomination and IronGargoyle. I also looked extensively to find an exact variant of the mountainous part of the logo in PD, but could not find any, although on Commons many logos of Paramount are available, see https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?search=Paramount+logo&title=Special:MediaSearch&type=image . Several of these seem copyrighted as well. We would need evidence to keep this logo. --Ellywa (talk) 14:45, 13 December 2022 (UTC)
