Romanian law (section 33 (1)(h) of the law of Copyright of 1996) requires us to have the permission of the person who created the monument as well as that of the photographer (see COM:FOP). 79.112.18.133 06:33, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- This was not added to the deletion requests log, nor was the owner informed. I'm following up on that now.
- For what it's worth, I question this interpretation of FOP in Romania, but I'm no expert. - Jmabel ! talk 19:04, 4 December 2009 (UTC)
- I question this interpretation and request that the photo be restored. I believe a public building is not a monument, and does not have an "author" Adam63.

Delete Enwiki says this building was built in the 1980s (w:Bucharest#Landmarks). Outside websites confirm this. Because there is no FOP in Romania, I would say this it is best to delete it. Note: I was the original deleting admin who speedied this due to COM:FOP. Killiondude (talk) 21:52, 28 December 2009 (UTC)
Deleted, no FOP. Kameraad Pjotr 20:08, 21 February 2010 (UTC)
