Info: The document relates to private real estate. I can detect no useful educational purpose which would fall into the scope of commons (Commons:Project scope). Furthermore I was not able to find any indication of historical research by public institutions or scholarly organisations regarding the Rittergut Dolgen and the lease of the fishing rights. For almost 11 years this file was not used in any of the Wikimedia projects, although the lake has an article in the German Wikipedia since 2009 (w:de:Dolgener See (Dolgen am See)). --ThT (talk) 14:01, 17 September 2020 (UTC)
