Of low resolution and of no real use or purpose anymore. Has been globally replaced by the vectorized File:Coat of arms of Haiti (1964-1986).svg. Glorious 93 (talk) 22:37, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: We don't delete raster images just because there is also a vector version and someone has replaced every last instance of use with the vector image. This has been discussed exhaustively years ago (Commons talk:Superseded images policy), and the outcome still stands. Plus, with the the newer feature InstantCommons, Commons can also serve as a file repository for basically any Mediawiki installation anywhere, and that's another reason why files that are in scope and don't have copyright problems should not be deleted. --Rosenzweig τ 11:06, 25 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
