This is definitely a "work of photographic art" (i.e. an "intellectual work with creative characteristics"), not a "simple photograph". Thus its copyright term is 70 years pma, not 20. 74.111.96.41 18:36, 13 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly. "Economic rights in a cinematographic work last until the end of the 70th year after the death of the last survivor of the following: the artistic director, the authors of the screenplay, including the author of the dialogue, and the author of the music specifically created to be used in the cinematographic work." it:Bernardo Bertolucci died on 2018, so at earliest in 2089, maybe later.
