Out of scope due to a lack of educational useability. A random shot with a smartphone camera out of the window of a motorised vehicle (likely a bus) could be used, but only when it has an adequate (=meaningful) description and a sufficient localisation. Thanks for raising this point! Actually, I believe that the absolute contrary is true: this photograph seems not to be taken in an WLE eligible area, so it is definitively out of scope there (I used the assumption that the photographer shot this still in a set with File:North Pakistan1.jpg and File:North Pakistan2.jpg. That would mean that the location is in the "Naran Valley", a place that is not to be found in the lists of protected areas in Pakistan). Regards, Grand-Duc (talk) 15:48, 22 March 2016 (UTC)
