coverted from speedydelete: untrue explanation TheMostAmazingTechnik (talk) 12:05, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
Speedydelete reason was: copyright violation, source only grabbed image from official site/account But that's untrue, the PSD file has multiple layers etc. - so it's self-made. So speedy keep --TheMostAmazingTechnik (talk) 12:09, 19 September 2013 (UTC)
- Delete As per wiki rules that no matter where you got it, even if you edited it as long as it is not yours, you should ask for an OTRS from the original uploader. Therefore until you could provide such it should be deleted.Jeromesandilanico (talk) 18:40, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
Deleted: Speedy deletion notice was proper. 1) There is no free license at the source. Statement of "feel free to download and use for personal projects" is not adequate or sufficiently explicit; see COM:L (indeed, “personal” may even imply “non-commercial.”) 2) Presence of layers, if any, is meaningless. When the base is a press render, adding layers (presumably) to remove the GUI and to add gradients is mere creation of a derivative. Additionally, please follow instructions for contesting speedy deletion in the future (the rebuttal is to be entered on the file talk page; the reviewing admin will then decide whether conversion to a full DR is warranted. It is inappropriate for uploaders to decline speedies related to their own uploads.) Эlcobbola talk 19:19, 20 September 2013 (UTC)
