No freedom of panorama in the philippines Mrcl lxmna (talk) 16:50, 2 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Info According to this article by Lakbay ng Lakan, its designer was classical artist and sculptor Tomas Fernandez Concepcion (1933–2012). But nevertheless, this should not be closed or deleted until this discussion is concluded with finality. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 08:12, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. It is still a copyrighted work. Photos of it cant be used freely unless your country becomes compliant with commercial friendly freedom of panorama Mrcl lxmna (talk) 17:42, 30 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • The two-month long discussion at CRT/Philippines has concluded. No FOP in the Philippines still for most artistic works. Sadly,  Delete. Undelete when FOP is introduced in the Philippines (if ever the subject of this file qualifies for the future Philippine FOP), just like the cases of Armenian (2013) and Belgian (2016) architecture and artistic works, when FOP was introduced in both countries.
