The file has two problems. At first it is small photo without metadata and the user's last remaining upload, looks like copyright violation. At second depicted person is probably non-notable, out of project scope. I nominated the wikidata item for deletion. Taivo (talk) 11:34, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
1: The photo is a picture of the Wikidata entry "nilskroeger". 2: This person was a speaker at Europe's largest Digital Marketing Expo & Conference. 3: I took the photo with the consent of both the person and DMEXCO. - The Wikidata item got speedily deleted, Molan recreated it and I re-nominated it for deletion. Seems like Molan is single-purpose user for promoting Nils Kröger. Taivo (talk) 15:08, 3 December 2019 (UTC)
