The gentleman has died in 2019 but we accept as legit an image with metadata showing May 2020 as production time and "own work". Therefore, shortly after being closed my first DR on scope basis I open this new DR on dubious own work claim basis. E4024 (talk) 01:13, 25 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm the one who uploaded the image in May 2020 (which explains why the metadata is from May 2020). I have ownership of the photo, and it was taken before the gentleman passed away . The photo was also never used or published (I.e: newspapers, magazine, online sources) so there is no license restriction. You can begin by uploading a 3-4 MB original image with camera EXIF and if our -generally-difficult-to-convince admins are not convinced you may use the OTRS. If not we follow our precautionary measures. E4024 (talk) 20:28, 16 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
