As author is unknown only {{PD-US}} or {{PD-US-unpublished}} can be used, but information is lacking to decided if these should be used. Source doesn't indicate a publication date, remember creation is NOT publication, (so {{PD-US}} doesn't apply)
Per {{PD-US-unpublished}} - "Works of unknown authors or where the author's death date is unknown are copyrighted until the shorter of 95 years since the first publication or 120 years since their creation"- See 17 USC 302. Johnson died in 1919 so image could have been created in as little as 96 years ago (so {{PD-US-unpublished}} doesn't apply).

I withdraw my nomination - After spending some time I was able to find a 1920 publication date that made this public domain. However, uploader should be more diligent in his licencing.--ARTEST4ECHO talk 12:35, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
