Tagged by Zxmt as missing OTRS permission. However, both the original upload and the transfer to Commons predate the introduction of the OTRS system (and we generally don't require OTRS permissions for self-created works). The file therefore meets the criteria in Commons:Grandfathered old files. If there are reasons to doubt the authorship or permission of the author, a regular deletion discussion such as this one is a more appropriate venue to raise such concerns. Missing permission of the photographed person. --Zxmt (talk) 13:36, 5 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That's not what {{no permission since}} is for; please read what the template says. The matter of the subject's permission has been previously discussed at de:Special:Permalink/6336199#Bilder and Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Neo-Nazi Skinhead.jpg.  Keep per LX and: the photographer who is also the uploader of this image claims that the permission by the photographed person is given (this is written in German in the description). There is btw no reason to doubt this statement. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.66.251.143 (talk • contribs) 13:52, 5 November 2017‎ (UTC)[reply]
