However, both the original upload and the transfer to Commons predate the introduction of the OTRS system (and we generally don't require OTRS permissions for self-created works). The file therefore meets the criteria in Commons:Grandfathered old files. Keep per LX and: the photographer who is also the uploader of this image claims that the permission by the photographed person is given (this is written in German in the description).
