- If you'll notice on the Hebrew Wikipedia File page: he:קובץ:N macmel atir.jpg, the file was marked as a free-file and even recommended to be moved to Wiki Commons. Since the migrating tool did not work properly, I moved it manually. There is no problem whatsoover with the file's permissions which are enclosed therein. Comment There is no indication that Rami Zamegar ever gave permission for this photo to be used anywhere. There is no link to any Wikipedia entry on this page. Ellin Beltz (talk) 15:01, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
- There is an OTRS ticket per COM:OTRS on the Hebrew article for Nava Macmel-Atir (he:נאוה מקמל-עתיר) dated December 31st 2013 by a user who calls himself/herself Hanay. I've added this OTRS permission along with the TicketID. Please check yourself. --Omert33 (talk) 12:06, 9 September 2015 (UTC)
- Furthermore, it clearly states there, in very simple Hebrew: "תמונה זו סומנה כתמונה חופשית. מומלץ להעביר תמונות חופשיות לוויקישיתוף, שם תמונות אלה תוכלנה לשמש מיזמים נוספים בעברית ובשפות אחרות.". Which means: "This picture was marked for free use. It is recommended to move this photo to Wiki Commons, where it could benefit other projects.".
