The uploader keeps uploading files claiming that someone "will email with full copyright permission for use" but without tagging the files with {{OTRS pending}}. In this case, he or she is claiming that Natasha Dixon will do that. It's not clear whether she "will" do that in five minutes or 100 years, but it probably doesn't matter, because apparently, Natasha Dixon is the subject of the photo rather than the author, so she's probably not the copyright holder. The photograph does not appear to be a selfie, and the file's metadata does not indicate that it was taken with a timer release or remote control. —LX (talk, contribs) 11:21, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
