There is no proof the photo is not copyrighted and is described as being taken from a book published in 2006. The original uploader of the image to en.wikipedia has had a history of issues with similar incidents there. We hope (talk) 01:35, 23 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment I've never understood the arguments on either side of the "publicity pictures weren't copyrighted" disputes well enough to say either "keep" or "delete" here. However, I'd like to note that its faithful reproduction in a book is irrelevant: either the original is in the public domain, in which case the book image is in the public domain per Bridgeman v. Corel, or the original is still under copyright, in which case it would be a copyvio here even without republication in a book. Nyttend (talk) 23:41, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
