I had reported the file as possible copyvio. Mardetanha argue that the claimed author owns the file. On the other hand, one may see the file elsewhere on the net. The file will be deleted unless the author sends his permission to OTRS. Mhhossein talk 12:04, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Author is a trusted person, he has already uploaded the original pictures.

Mardetanha talk 12:41, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

he is the file owner and doesn't need to send anything to OTRS, though smaller version of the file has been published before but he proved he is the author and he is holder of the filse, no further action is neccsacry here, and you should have asked all these before oppening nomination request, he is active and I was active too Mardetanha talk 13:46, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I wonder why you are trying to evade a normal procedure. Add your disruptive revert to the list. OTRS process is very simple. --Mhhossein talk 20:11, 28 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
What is the relation of this picture with OTRS whatsoever? The person can prove he is the author wihout sending anything to OTRS at all. Amir (talk) 15:13, 30 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The older versions of the file were published elsewhere. Asking the authors to send their permissions is very normal. --Mhhossein talk 13:59, 1 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
  • While Mhhossein is right to ask for a permission in case of prior (non free) publication, and we thank him all for the help he brings in the search for copyright infringement. However, firstly I am not able to currently find one of these publications, secondly the uploader uploaded several images belonging to the same photo set, in full resolution and with EXIFs. Let's AGF for this case. Christian Ferrer (talk) 20:15, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: as per my comment above. --Christian Ferrer (talk) 20:15, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
