It's highly unlikely to be uploader's own work. The image might have been taken from social media profiles of the deceased as was done by press and television channels. Therefore, without an explicit permission from the original copyright holder, we can't keep this media.  samee  .com  20:57, 17 January 2019 (UTC)

The image is my work, no evidence provided how this can be unlikely. Also, contrary to the assumption made, I have not came across any mainstream media using this image as of yet. I have seen them showing other images of Naqeebullah Mehsud commonly, but not this particular image. (See Google search for some examples). Thanks, Khestwol (talk) 10:56, 18 January 2019 (UTC)

My rationale is very clear; it simply fails the basic criteria of testing new uploads to the Commons. You need to explain how does it constitute your own work? Did you take the photo yourself? I fear, perhaps you don't understand copyrights.  samee  .com  19:33, 21 January 2019 (UTC)
