The mural/graffiti is likely a copyrightable, recent work. As Italy regrettably has not FOP exemption from copyright, this photo violates the copyright of the painter. -- Túrelio (talk) 12:10, 31 July 2012 (UTC)

- No problem. The case is somewhat borderline and may merit more discussion about whether the mural has indeed enough creativity/originality to be copyritghtable under Italian law. --Túrelio (talk) 12:27, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
