I uploaded the file to use the interior picture of Nissan Skyline Crossover. As it was taken before it starts to be sold, the taker of the photo couldn't get into the car. So it was taken from the outside of the car.
I went to Yokohama to go to Nissan Global Headquarters and take pictures. And I took this file: File:NISSAN SKYLINE CROSSOVER Black interior.jpg. It is the very same model as the previous file: File:NISSAN SKYLINE CROSSOVER interior.jpg, and it is certain that there's no need for wikipedia to use the 'previous file'.
For these reasons, I tagged Speedy deletion as 'User request'. I know that it is not officially acceptable reason, but I have uploaded many files and of course some of them became needless as the 'previous file' is. Then I tagged Speedy deletion and some wise administrators deleted these files. So I thought it will also be deleted. But there was users to disturb my actions 'according to the rules'. Why are there rules? To confuse users? Or Does anybody think it is needed?
These are only my complaning to Commons, and I'm sorry to write such things. But I'm sure it should be deleted because these two are 'my' files.-TTTNIS (talk) 23:40, 29 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There is no need to create a deletion request. Just add {{badname|NISSAN SKYLINE CROSSOVER Black interior.jpg}} to the file you want deleted (I have done it for you). OSX (talkcontributions) 12:31, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Keep the file that was first uloaded, as is not a duplicate and as a good source and license from flickr. This user (TTNIS) is acting in bad faith (see the history of this filename). He already tried several times to get this file (the first uploaded) to be speedy deleted. It was rejected by an administrator] so he uploaded a new file over the first one. See the files history. The file that was first uploaded its not his. Its is not his or me decision to what files will be used or not. Files are superceded not deleted (if we start to make this, qhy not delete all files about a subject except one). Please see this [ http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:NISSAN_SKYLINE_CROSSOVER_interior.jpg&diff=27596697&oldid=27482677 diff] from a administrator about the license and scope being correct. The file is avaible from flickr and is used in fr wikipedia at least since 21 of May of 2009, even now that as been overwritten.

P.S: I´ve warned the administrator tha rejected the speddy deletion of this file, and i will revert for the first file that was overwritted, as this should be the file to be discussed, not the file that was uploaded over it. Tm (talk) 18:37, 30 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Is it needed? I think it's very unreasonable that files uploaded by a user is not able to be deleted for the user's will even if it is needless.--TTTNIS (talk) 08:35, 31 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Kept. Not a duplicate. –Tryphon 16:53, 6 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
