PD-old applies to the old sculpture, but not to the photo. Also the photographic work is protected for the photographers lifetime +70 years. Who is the photographer? Martin H. (talk) 21:42, 23 October 2010 (UTC)
Deleted. It is a beautiful photograph, so it is too bad, but Martin H. is quite right. The National Gallery of Scotland does not tell us who the photographer was, but they acquired it in 1986, so it likely a recent photo. Jim . . . . Jameslwoodward (talk to me) 15:57, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
