Out of Wikimedia Commons' project scope. Shonyx (talk · contribs) only uploaded this image (that only shows a bare text) just to make remarks against me and other image reviewers questioning the copyright status of their uploads (like some found to be unfree derivative screenshots of Google Street View images and one 90s image coming from a Flickr photographer). An expression of disappointment to cover up questions on their suspected images is an unacceptable behavior and deserves some sanction. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 02:04, 1 March 2024 (UTC)

- If you have problems on strictness of copyright, why don't you lobby at the Philippine Congress to reform Republic Act 8293, as well as request Google to make their Street View images commercially available for everyone? But I am certain that your requests will be denied. Copyright is a right of authors (including photographers and companies that hold copyrights to images they own) who worked hard on producing their images. Certainly Google won't want to apply commercial Creative Commons licensing on Street View images.
- We here at Wikimedia Commons only follows copyright rules imposed by copyright laws of all countries, including the Philippine law (Republic Act 8293), as well as copyright restrictions imposed by authors and owners of images that you ripped of, like Google and Karl-Wilhelm Welteke who is the photographer of the 1990s image you stole.
