Unclear copright status. Per established guidelines via Commons:Deletion requests/Files of Tasnim News Agency the file is most likely NOT a work by "Tasnim News Agency" considering:

• no specific, typical Tasnim watermark (normally indicating also the author = example)
• mostly taken from urls like http://www.tasnimnews.com/fa/news/(...) or http://www.tasnimnews.com/ar/news/(...) and mostly used as header photos.
  • here from http://www.tasnimnews.com/en/news/2016/07/08/1124272/at-least-35-killed-in-daesh-attack-on-shiite-shrine-north-of-baghdad (08.07.2016, 11:35)
• short check via Google images indicates previous publishing on several other sites

• Comment: Photos from Tasnim News Agency are used on other articles here on Wikipedia, so I thought it would be good for that article too. The copyright thing on the bottom of the page links to this website: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

So I guess if they lied, the picture should be removed? I personally could not find the image anywhere else. If this is so, it would be helpful if another editor could insist in finding an image that we can legally use. Beejsterb (talk) 09:06, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
