The idea once was: "Files moved into Category:German stamps review delete will eventually be deleted from Commons." Since this file is not in use in a Wikimedia project apart from Commons, I'm requesting its deletion now. Isn't it about time? The review with result "delete" happened almost two years ago. Werner Tübke died in 2004, so his painting is still copyright protected. It's the same stamp as in File:Stamps of Germany (DDR) 1989, MiNr 3270.jpg Miss-Sophie (talk) 14:17, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
