Burda Druck is a german publisher. If this was first published in Germany, and it was by the information given with this upload, it not falls under Iranian copyright but german and will not be pd untill 70 years or, if rechearchable what I think, 70 years after the authors death. - This photo has been widely published 1963 in the Iranian press. Due to the better quality of the copy of the picture, I took it from Burda. The upload says, that the copy of the photo was taken from Burda Druck. It does not say that it has been published first by Burda Druck! - Hallo Martin, welche Angaben benötigst Du? Das Foto ist zweifelsfrei nicht in Deutschland entstanden. Durch den Abdruck bei Burda entsteht kein eigenständiges Urheberrecht. Der Schah hat Iran 1979 verlassen. Dies bedeutet, dass das Foto in jedem Fall älter als 30 Jahre ist. In den Angaben bei Burda Druck sind nzu den Fotos leider keine spezifischen Bildrechte ausgewiesen. --Wvk (talk) 13:34, 8 March 2010 (UTC)

- Hier die Antwort von Burda: "Leider konnte unser Archiv das copyright zu dem von Ihnen angefragten Bild nicht ausfindig machen. Ein sehr ähnliches Foto mit der gleichen Aufnahmesituation trägt den Vermerk © Reporters Associés / 10, Avenue Frochot, Paris. Die aktuelle Adresse der Agentur liegt uns leider nicht vor, dazu müssten Sie selbst recherchieren. Auch ist von unserer Seite aus nicht festzustellen, ob diese Fotos jemals im Iran veröffentlicht wurden. BUNTE Fotoredaktion. Burda Style Group. Was nun? --Wvk (talk) 15:47, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
