I would like my picture to be removed from public domain Oszauk (talk) 07:45, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Comment this is a duplicate nomination. We will consider both duplicates as one 🇺🇦 Timtrent 🇺🇦 talk to me 🇺🇦 08:27, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please delete this picture as I do not want it to be shared in public domain again Oszauk (talk) 08:17, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Comment @Oszauk I do not believe that the "Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported" works that way. One cannot change one's mind. When you publish it you relinquish all rights to it. I do not believe that you can change your mind. There may be valid private reasons for removal. Might I suggest that those, if any, do not become a public issue, and that you use the channel at COM:VRT to discuss these privately. You may be aware of the Streisand effect or should become aware of it, if you choose to air private matters in public 🇺🇦 Timtrent 🇺🇦 talk to me 🇺🇦 08:27, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
That’s fine but I will appreciate if it can be actioned as matter of urgency. Oszauk (talk) 09:34, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Oszauk I have asked an administrator to have a look at this. If the matter is truly urgent please use the private channel through COM:VRT and explain your needs in confidence. 🇺🇦 Timtrent 🇺🇦 talk to me 🇺🇦 09:41, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Oszauk Timtrent's advice didn't mean ask to delete the page. His suggestion was in the line of sending a mail to info-commons@wikimedia.org --Pere prlpz (talk) 16:19, 28 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
