This photo is certainly not from 1900. The Moskva Hotel was opened in 1935. The Baltika beer (advertisement on top of the building) was launched in 1990. So, the permission of the author is needed for this photo to be used in Commons, and the author is cited as "unknown". Vanjagenije (talk) 08:05, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
Deleted, advertisment is de minimis. The architect Alexey Shchussev lived 1873–1949. But the file is not restored in 2020, because photographer is unknown. "Personal collection" is not a good source. Taivo (talk) 09:43, 7 October 2015 (UTC)
