No evidence of ownership. The subject who allegedly emailed it is not the owner, he's the subject. The photographer is the owner. Niteshift36 (talk) 15:23, 29 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This picture was taken by Aizik's friend according to his request and given to him with all the rights to use it. All the right to publish this photo belong to Aizik. He sent all the relevant permissions by e-mail. Romayan (talk) 15:58, 29 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

He should prove he has the rights to it. To be blunt, he has a proven history of embellishing things, so just taking his word in an email might not be the best route to go.Niteshift36 (talk) 05:09, 30 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
