Kept: I am assuming good faith with Soufi1355 and I have changed the license to CC. Sometimes people just don't know the licenses, if they are new to Commons or free licensing. The author is Komala (which is a dissident political party in Iran). A permission statement should be provided by the copyright holder using the OTRS system. I also object to this edit by the admin who closed the previous discussion. Third parties should not issue CC licenses based on guesswork or assumptions. 4nn1l2 (talk) 18:15, 4 December 2020 (UTC)
