Multiple photos of multiple photographers has been published in the source (which is the personal website of Mohsen Emadi) with the cc license but Emadi is not the copyright holder of the photos, is he? I think we need permission via com:OTRS. Hanooz 16:19, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • What are you implying here, exactly? Are you claiming the only source of a file on the web is lying about its license? Are you saying that you know the license of the work better than the subject of the photo? Or, is it that you think you know the authenticity of copyright notice better than me, who knows the photographer? Could you please be more specific about which policies are violated, so there can be a proper discussion, instead of an individual's gut feeling and unclear agendas? Kept: the source today shows ccbysa4.0 licence as this file on Commons. so the image can be maintained. --Ellywa (talk) 19:43, 15 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
