No verifiable source information to show that {{PD-Iran}} actually applies, and no apparent basis for the uploader's claim that he or she is the copyright holder. The uploader removed the {{No source since}} tag, after providing a slightly more specific source URL (which shows a tightly cropped low-resolution version, so it obviously didn't come from there), changing the author from "Unknown author" to "Photo by Keystone" and the date from "1930's" to "about 1952". The uploader also removed the {{Disputed}} tag above the {{self|cc-by-sa-3.0}} claim.
{{PD-Iran}} requires the description page to identify which of the reasons listed in the template applies. This has not been done by the uploader. The first two reasons depend on the author's date of death, but no author is identified. The second set of reasons requires the first publication to have occurred in Iran and to have taken place more than 30 years ago, but no evidence of that is provided either. The claim that the uploader is the copyright holder seems very unlikely. —LX (talk, contribs) 16:31, 26 August 2012 (UTC)
Keep all data in the information box is completely from the source [1] that I linked in the box.Alborzagros (talk) 04:27, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Again, nothing on that page actually confirms that {{PD-Iran}} applies (or that you are the copyright holder). —LX (talk, contribs) 16:58, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
Keep old Picture --Kasir (talk) 11:30, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
- The fact that it's "old" doesn't matter if none of the prerequisites for the work being in the public domain can be shown to apply. —LX (talk, contribs) 12:39, 3 September 2012 (UTC)
