Delete. The earlier publication and the claim of different authorship make it very likely that the original uploader was not the photographer. On that note, the original uploader Shark96z at English Wikipedia uploaded a few more copyvios locally at :en, so this is not an isolated incident. De728631 (talk) 17:12, 7 December 2015 (UTC)
