The artist officialy asked the image to be removed Jean-no (talk) 15:08, 30 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: release into a free license is irrevocable, you cannot come back after 5 years and undo the release Jcb (talk) 20:26, 9 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

this ain't rational : a free licence is irrevocable if the author is the author of the licence. It's not the case here : as a photographer, I set the image free, but I'm not the author of the wall painting, and even though it's illegal, it appears that french law considers the author as the rights owner. The Artist's rights management society asked for deletion. The artist never acknowledged publishing it. The photographer (me) is ok and thought it would fit, as it is an illegal art piece, but it still has author rights following french law) 86.72.115.41 16:13, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted as a derivative work of a protected artwork by Miss Tick. Commons:Image_casebook#Graffiti cannot apply here: in a recent court case (Cour d’appel de Paris, 26 September 2006), illegal graffitis have been granted copyright protection in France as ephemeral works; also in this case, the graffiti isn't illegal any more thanks to legal prescription. Speedied because of the case & desist from the copyright collecting society. Jastrow (Λέγετε) 16:54, 26 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
