This portrait is most likely contemporary and the author is still alive so it's copyrighted.

There are no ancient portraits of the Chongzhen Emperor that have survived (reference:[1][2]). And there are many kinds of contemporary works, a common one is the full-body portrait by Zhu Yajuan, researcher of the Palace Museum (it was once uploaded to Commons). Another is by cartoonist 狐周周([3]).

I have not been able to find out the author of this portrait, but I think it's most likely a contemporary work. Kcx36 (talk) 10:25, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm... The Chongzhen emperor I think has a painting by cartoonist, but there's one of the Wanli Emperor. He has the same design as the Wanli emperor's painting in the borders. Im not sure if it is a pd-old work. [[User:Flag Creator|Flag Creator]] (talk) 11:08, 6 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This portrait by cartoonist 狐周周 mimics Album of Ming Emperor and Empress Portraits. She used borders from old paintings, but the portrait is her own work. Kcx36 (talk) 00:50, 7 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
