Keep Let's not be too pedantic about this: if taken as a precedent this would require deletion of every image of an original building or artwork in France (i.e. just about all of them). Mcewan (talk) 12:57, 16 November 2010 (UTC)
- No only newish buildings where the copyright hasn't expired. And, in fact, a picure of the Eifel Tower at night is copyrighted because the lighting is newish (even though the unlit Tower is fine).see Rambo's Revenge (en.wiki) 15:21, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
