- @Parsa 2au: I am not confused. I said (with added emphasis): "Note that the file name is occupied by old deleted files that previously depict Milad Tower of Tehran (also off-limits on Commons). This one is different, but I suspect the building is recent enough." I mentioned that the file name was used by some deleted files of a different structure in the past, and one is of a different building, but I also suspect that it is too recent to be more than 30 years (for it to be in public domain). - @Parsa 2au: since the building is less than 30 years old (about 10 years as you said), then there is no point in renaming the file. A recent architecture – copyrighted – in a country with no freedom of panorama for free uses of images of copyrighted architecture and public art.
